Together with our friends from "For Change" association, we want to make the life of several families in difficult situation easier by providing their children with school materials, workbooks and other items needed for school (such as shoes, etc.) for the new school year 2023/2024. We are targeting children from Sandanski and Strumyani regions who are going to be in 5th-7th grade and 9-12th (the rest of the children are getting target donation from the government). India has seen a lot of devastation due to floods in 2023. Among them the losses in Himachal has been very unprecedented. The fund will help rehabilitation (post relief) work in huge devastation in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Assam, East Godavari, North Karnataka and Odisha in year 2023 I am trying to raise a minimum of 1 crore, equivalent to $120000 USD. Devastating floods from Storm Daniel have left at least 5,000 people dead and around 10,000 more missing in Libya. The United Nations’ International Organization for Migration (IOM) says that more than 30,000 people have also been displaced. Heavy rains from the storm caused two dams in the northern city of Derna to burst, washing away homes, neighborhoods and flooding streets. The debris and rubble left in the flood’s wake have made it difficult for rescue teams to access the area.
